Answers: ckm... how is this a scam? He wants out of his lease and and is willing to provide some incentive. I'm sure he will lose a lot more if he breaks the lease, therefore this has the potential to be a win-win if you like the car and think the lease payments are fair. I'm not saying that it is a good or a bad deal. Just don't see why your first assumption is that it is a scam. Like any financial decision, you have to have all the facts before you make a move.
