Who does this vehicle belong to, me or the dealership??
Question: I purchased a car from this out of province dealership, after a yr, they come for the car and bring me a van, I did not want the van. I asked for my car back and they sold it as soon as they got it back to the lot. Now ths van is not certified for my province and not registered, I was told not to reigister or certify it for this province or I am obligated for this vehicle. Now they will not come for the van since they are still the rightful owners, So I was wondering if they are responsible for the costs of taking it back via towing.

Why did they come for your car? Why did they bring and leave a van? Something criminal is going on here. Call your local police and get them started on this one. You have been screwed out of a vehicle.
