Who will buy a car that has front end damage, but the motor works well??
Question: It is a 2001 Intrepid, ex-police car, with 60,000 miles in the Phila. suburbs.
Answers: Any one will buy anything provided the price is right.
Mythbusters put 2 dead pigs in a Corvette for 1 month. The result is one of the most horrendous odors in human history. After cleaning, the vehicle was eventually sold (a LOT less than original price) and the buyer said he just wanted the motor really.
If it is cheap enough, someone will buy it for the motor...
If you check around with some salvage yards, they may give you some cash for it if you cannot find a private buyer.
NOT MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't think anyway, let me ask my mom.
most auto salvages will buy them for quick cash at low prices advertise it for sale someone needing parts or an engine would most often pay a better price
hey, if its incredibly cheap, go for it. The point in having a car is to get around and not walk 500 miles, right? I would buy it....of course it has to be like under $500.
probably not a good idea to sell it that way.....it could open you up to lawsuits. you might want to check out a local auto salvage - they will give you $ for it. you could also fix the bumper correctly and resell it too.
good luck!
take it to a junkyard, they will give you money for sheer scrap value, probobly between $6-$8 per hundred pounds, ebay is also an option
