Question: dvla are not able to help i do not even need to know the owners details unless they are prepared to sell surely somebody must beable to find out on my behalf
Answers: not legally. I just tried to get an insurance quote using this reg number and it says its not attached to a vehicle. which probably means someones holding it on a retention certificate at the moment. D10 and D12 AWE are available for purchase.
try the registration sales companies in the back pages of someone like auto trader as they have thousands of registrations and can also source new ones.
