Who has compared the Honda CRV VS Toyota RAV4??
Question: Which one did you choose and why?
I like SUV want a small one. While still being cost and fuel efficient.
Answers: I did, My sister wanted a new car and liked both of these.
The CRV had the looks but was still very civic like. It drove too light and felt underpowered.
The RAV4 had the Big V6 and was much easier to drive in rainy weather.
It drove the best in my opinion. \
She chose the SPORT model and it came well equiped.
I think it's just a preference choice, The CRV is a four cylinder and the RAV is 4 and 6 cylinder. Good luck.
Get the consumer digest magazine on the year of the two cars you want to compare, they have some very good comparative information there, as well as a nice description of the cars and their layout/interior qualities.
From what I have observed when looking at cars, I felt that the Toyota RAV4 held its resale value better than the Honda did, so if you want a good buy for long-term use go with the Honda, if you will hold on to the car only for a short while, then I suggest the Toyota.
FYI: Money Magazine's annual best-car-value awards are based on objective comparisons of price, power, features, safety and trunk space, as well as test drives. For 2006, the best value rating for small SUVs goes to the Toyota RAV4, with quite a bit of praise for its quality and resale value.
