Who besides Buick and Scion makes cars that come mp3/iPod ready??
Answers: Sony, Pioneer and the other big companys have already designed after market stereo's with the input for an MP3 and IPod. Buy the car you want then just replace the stereo it would be cheaper that way. Why pay a couple extra thousand on a car you don't want. It would be easier to buy the car you want then pay the extra $300 for a good stereo that you can also attach subs and amps to that has the input you want.
