How to fire a public school bus driver? All the students on the bus have issues with her??
Question: My brother rides a school to and from school, but the bus driver who is a female, is consistently a pain to deal with. We have had problems with her for over a year since my brother began to go to that high school. I can safely say almost all of the students hate or have problems with this bus driver. She is very unsafe, runs stop signs, talks on her cell phone ( while driving), speeds, and leaves the bus stop early at times as well and forces students to take other types of transportation home. My question is how do I get this bus driver replaced IMMEDIATELY, can anyone list a step by step process... thank you very much.
Answers: Have the students parents go to the school and complain to the board. Im sure something would be done after a certain amount of complaints were filed!
Very good question. My first thing would be to contact the transportation company in the are ASAP. Then, speak to the childs school board about the situation.
You can't. You didn't hire her and you have no right to fire her. You can complain to her employer though. If you feel there are safety issues and running of stop signs, you can also complain to the traffic police.
You need to contact the Superintendent of Schools or the School Board immediately. This woman should not be driving a bus. I can't believe that she talks on her cell phone while driving a bus full of kids. She is obviously a hazard and does need to be removed.
first get here on tape talking on the cell phone and running stop signs then take this iformation plus statments from other students to the school board, and they do not resolve the issue got the news papers or tv stations. the more people know about the problem the better we are
Take a video of her...then complain with proof in your hands.
You'll all have to stop yelling, throwing books, and moving about while she is driving.
She is probably just driving drunk. We have a lot of problems down here in Arizona with drunk bus drivers.
