Communting on 95 North/South near Stamford, CT??
Question: Can someone who commutes during rush hour on 95 N/S near Stamford and Fairfield CT tell me what the traffic is like. I will be working 9-5 and need to find an apartment, but do not want to get stuck in hours of traffic everyday!
Answers: Forget That . Take I-95 south to Miami like everyone else . For Summer Vacation .
I have only done it twice, back in 2000 when i was stationed in New London... I remember 95 being a nasty stretch anywhere from 2:45pm - 6:30pm depending on the day. Again, that was almost 7 years ago, no idea what its like now.

Hi ,What I hear of any where on 95, either direction, is not pleasant around commute time.I would check it out yourself before you find a place to stay.This way, if it is to rough for you ,you could find living quarters closer to work and use public transportation if possible.That`s one of my pet trouble things about public transportation in this country,not enough of it.Good Luck
