Is it possible to buy a car without a driver's license???

Question: i want to buy a car, but i dont know how to drive. My mother still drives me around, but she doesn't have an income to put a car in her name. so i was just wondering if it was possible to buy a car, or get a car loan in my name. (by the way i'm 27 years old)
Answers: You can buy a car. There is no requirement that you have a drivers license to own a vehicle, a license is only required to drive. If you have the money to buy, or the credit and income required to get a loan, you will have no problem.

You can get insurance on the vehicle, you will just have to list the licensed driver(s) who will be using the vehicle.
yes you can
from a dealership no, from a third party yes,

but to tag title and insure the car is another question
Check with your local Department of Transportation (Canada) or DMV (USA). They should be able to help you.
