I was involved in a car accident... Want to know who's fault it was.??
Question: I was driving down the alley and a car pulled out of their parking structure. She came out pretty fast and I had no time to stop and hit her... Who's fault is it? Please help!!!
Answers: In Texas she would be as she was pulling out of a private driveway into a road.
hers i think if she wasn't looking. i mean if there was no stop sign or anything you had the right of way.

Honestly, and this sucks, you are. I had the same thing happen to me and I was the responsible party. Sucked cuz it sooooooo wasn't my fault. Maybe your state has different laws tho.
Always proceed into traffic with caution and care and only when it is absolutely safe. So the lady backing into a traffic area can be ticketed for undue care and attention.
