Question: i was headed eastbound i didn't see where the other car came from but the other car was directed westbound when i got out of my car the other car left the scene i later found the other car with damages to its front driver side fender can i determine how this is possible and who's at fault
Answers: umm.. no?

If you know absolutely nothing else but the fact that your passenger door was damaged and his fender was damaged how on earth could you determine fault?

And you all were heading opposite directions? If your in america where we drive on right side of the road.. that makes absolutely no sense?
You should have gotten a police report which would have indicated who is at fault.
So what exactly happened? Need more detailed information as to what happended before determining the at fault party in this loss.
